Delivery capabilities

Our Development team starts with the Analysis of the Requirement and comes out with the SAD (System Architecture Document). We start with our High Level Design which will be reviewed internally over and above by the client. Coding phase starts once the Low level design is through. Unit testing will be carried out by the developer and the code will be handed over to Testing team to carry out testing.

Our Testing team executes both System and Integration testing. Team will be responsible for Design & management of Test plan, Test scenarios, Test cases, Test execution & Defect Tracking & Reporting. The test team will have input criteria to accept the code from the development team and will have the release criterion which ensures 100% quality.

Configuration management will be followed. We use Visual Source Safe for the configuration management. The source code backup is maintained in diversified ways by keeping them confidential.
